I made a similar outfit to that, because i thought the skirt/shirt part was adorable! I made the skirt/shirt out of lime green from Basics, and used a princess gold belt from tingeling. after that, i owned Basics capri pink pants, so I just put those underneath sorta like leggings instead of the white. I had no bag, but i added lime green flip flops from Basics. Total=$16. All non-superstar!
